Andy Fisher is a seasoned structural engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Modutize LLC since November 2024, Andy has also held the position of Director of Structural Engineering at Rule 30 Structural since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Andy was the Director of Product Systems at Volumetric Building Companies and the Director of Engineering at RAD Urban. With a strong foundation from previous positions at Stantec, Buro Happold, Unintech, Integrated Design Engineers, Ove Arup & Partners HK Ltd, and Magnusson Klemencic Associates, Andy has contributed significantly to notable projects, including the structural design of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Headquarters. Educationally, Andy holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
