Avi Niego, MBA, currently serves as the General Manager for Waymore's Hotel & Casual Club in East Nashville, TN, overseeing the pre-opening and management of the property and its rooftop bar and restaurant, Tall Tales, which hosts over 20 live music events monthly. Previously, Avi held the position of Vice President of Operations for Akara Partners, LLC, managing a portfolio of mixed-use multi-family and hotel properties across major U.S. markets. Experience also includes serving as General Manager for the award-winning Bobby Hotel, where the property achieved a 4 Diamond AAA Award shortly after opening, and as Area General Manager for NYLO Hotels LLC. Early career roles include Director of Hotel Operations at Hotel ZaZa Dallas, where significant operational improvements were made, and leadership positions within Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Capella Hotel Group. Avi holds a BSc in Hospitality Management and an MBA in Global Leadership Management, International Trade, and Finance from Johnson & Wales University.
