Toufiqul Islam's work experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer at Modular Automation since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Analog Devices as an Equipment Maintenance Technician from November 2020 to June 2023. From June 2018 to June 2020, they worked as an Electrical Project Manager at Tredwell Electrical. Before that, they served as a Chef De Partie at Bunratty Castle Hotel from March 2015 to December 2019.

Toufiqul Islam's education history begins in 2005 at BCIC College Bangladesh, where they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate with a focus on business studies. In 2010, they attended Cambridge Education Group (ABE) for their diploma in Business Administration and Management, General, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). From 2015 to 2018, Toufiqul pursued their Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Limerick Institute of Technology, specializing in Renewable and Electrical Energy Systems. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they completed their Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the same institute.
