Ger Finan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Ger started their career as a Graduate Engineer at Dell in 2004, where they completed rotations in Industrial Engineering and Process Engineering. Ger then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer before transitioning to the role of Technical Project Manager. In this role, they applied problem-solving and project management skills to external departments, implementing new technologies and methods.

In 2010, Ger became the Owner of Process Improvement Ireland, where they leveraged their expertise to provide process improvement services. Ger later joined Advanced Technical Concepts as a Project Manager for a brief period.

From 2013 to 2016, Ger returned to Dell as a Program/Project Manager Senior Advisor, working on various projects related to supply chain, IT, and factory processes. Ger also played a pivotal role in innovation and generating revenue growth for the business.

From 2016 to 2019, Ger worked at Advanced Technical Concepts as a Solutions Manager, responsible for identifying and growing business opportunities. Ger also briefly held the position of Business Process Improvement Manager, where they reviewed business processes and identified opportunities for improvement.

Ger's most recent role is with Modular Automation, where they serve as a Senior Project Manager since November 2019.

Ger Finan has a Professional Diploma in CX from The CX Academy, which was obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a B.Eng degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Limerick, from 2000 to 2004. Ger also attended Castlerea Community School for Manufacturing Engineering, but the duration and degree completion are not specified. Additionally, Ger Finan has obtained certification in Microsoft Project Web App Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2021.
