Derek Sherry has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Starting in 1996, they served as the IT and AIMS Director (CIO) for Johnson County, overseeing information systems and GIS services for multiple departments and entities. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at Sprint, taking on roles such as Director of Enterprise Application Integration and Director of Sales & Marketing Systems and Enterprise Solutions Architecture. During their time at Sprint, they successfully managed technology portfolios, implemented PMOs, and improved technology delivery. From 2008 to 2012, Derek served as the President and General Manager of Timber Creek, where they doubled company revenue and led utility rate cases. Derek then joined ECCO Select as an Executive Consultant and later became the Chief Operations Officer, focusing on company transformation and revenue growth. Finally, Derek worked as an Executive Consultant and Chief Operating Officer at V2R before taking on their current role as the Chief Operating Officer at ModRN Health since 2020.
