Shehab Elorabi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as General Manager at Modon since January 2025. Previously, Shehab held the position of Managing Director at Hassan Allam Properties and Chief Operating Officer at SODIC, where responsibilities included overseeing technical operations and project controls. With a career that began in 2001 as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company, Shehab has advanced through various roles, including Senior Development Manager at Nakheel and Chief Officer Project Execution at Dubai Properties. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Golden Gate University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at The American University in Cairo.
