Serena Reno, SHRM-CP, is an experienced People Operations Specialist at ModMed since February 2015, where responsibilities include onboarding new hires, managing employee relations tasks, and overseeing internal communications. Prior to this role, Serena held positions as People Experience Supervisor, People Services Lead, and Employee Engagement Specialist at ModMed, focusing on employee recognition, new hire processes, and facility management. Earlier career experiences include Office Manager at Millennial Media, where administrative and travel support were provided to senior executives, and various roles in office coordination and media planning at Organic and McGuire Real Estate. Serena holds a BA in Media with a Photography emphasis from UC San Diego and an AA in Transfer Studies from San Diego Mesa College.
