Justin Guillot, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Engineer - Highway at Modjeski and Masters since January 2021. Prior to this role, Justin held various engineering intern positions at Fenstermaker from September 2015 to January 2021. Justin also gained experience as a Property Maintenance/Zoning Inspector II at the Jefferson Parish Department of Property Maintenance/Zoning/Quality of Life from January 2012 to September 2015, and as a Community Services Counselor at the Jefferson Parish Community Action Program from November 2010 to January 2012. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduating summa cum laude from the University of New Orleans (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating cum laude from Louisiana State University (2004-2008).
