Amy Knauff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of the Coatings Aftermarket Division at Modine Manufacturing Company since June 2022, Knauff is responsible for full P&L management, strategic development, and operational optimization, successfully implementing turnaround initiatives and enhancing profitability through the 80/20 methodology. Prior to this, Knauff held the position of Vice President of Sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where strategic sales initiatives were key to driving growth. At Grainger, Knauff served multiple roles, including Vice President of Inside Sales, where a comprehensive inside sales organization was established, and Vice President of US Contact Centers, overseeing critical customer service teams. Knauff began their career at STI Knowledge as Director of Sales, showcasing a well-rounded background in operational management and sales leadership. Knauff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University.
