Jon Hewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jon started their career as a Software Engineer at SD-Scicon from 1986 to 1989. Jon then joined Process Computing Limited as a Programme Director, responsible for delivering customer-specific modifications, from 1989 to 1996. At Kewill, they served as a Product Development Manager, overseeing the WMS product development and installation, from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they held the position of Product Development Manager at Swisslog. Later, they became a Technical Director at LIS from 2001 to 2004. At RedPrairie, they served as the VP of Support and Technical Services, managing a team and P&L responsibilities, from 2004 to 2012. Jon then joined JDA Software, where they held the role of VP, Customer Success – Global POD Lead for WMS/TMS from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they work at ModernLogic as the Managing Director, responsible for business growth and overseeing finance and technical functions. Jon also held the role of Technical Director at ModernLogic from 2018 to 2021, specializing in upgrade services and advanced configuration for JDA/RedPrairie WMS and Dispatcher customers.

Jon Hewitt obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham between 1983 and 1986.
