Sanjay Sharma currently holds the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at Moderna, where responsibilities include developing the Internal Audit Strategy, Mission, and Structure, while leading an innovative and collaborative team that leverages technology and data analysis. Prior to joining Moderna in June 2021, Sanjay Sharma served in various roles at Amgen from December 2006 to June 2021, including Executive Director of Compliance and leading Global Healthcare Compliance Audit, Monitoring, and Transparency Disclosure teams. Earlier experience includes KPMG LLP as a Manager in Information Risk Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Consultant specializing in finance processes and Oracle financial systems. Sanjay Sharma earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University after completing high school at Government Model Senior Secondary School in Delhi.
