Modern Times, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Joseph Hernandez who has managed complex and large-scale Community Programs for nearly two decades. A key member of MTI includes Alison Lobenstein, who brings over eight years of experience in Disadvantaged/Small Business compliance and Labor/Project Labor Agreement compliance. Our team also has extensive experience in the public and private sector arena.  Modern Times, Inc. is a certified small business and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
