Ivan Fernandez is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Since January 2016, Ivan has served as a Senior Engineer at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), following a five-year tenure as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where expertise in trajectory generation, modeling and simulation, and software development in Java was demonstrated. Prior to these roles, Ivan gained foundational experience as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Comus International, focusing on computer-aided drafting and design. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech and has two Master's degrees, one in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and another from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additional educational background includes studies at Mississippi State University and Bloomfield Tech.
