Daniel Leal is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and development. Currently serving as a Level II Technician at Modern Managed IT since December 2020, Daniel has previously worked at TerminalSolutions in various roles including Senior Developer, Senior Consultant, and IT Consultant from March 2016 to October 2020. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at WebTPA and as an Application Administrator at Rackspace, where Daniel supported the Mailgun application. Earlier roles include working as a Genius at Apple from October 2007 to September 2012. Daniel's education includes studies at San Antonio College.
