David Kessinger's work experience includes:

- Director of Operations at Modern Ice Equipment & Supply, where they oversee a range of services and solutions in the ice industry.

- Senior Vice President of Operations & Sales at Top Gun Sales Performance, responsible for managing sales and operations teams, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance and training on various business processes.

- Executive Consultant at FordHaven Consulting, where they worked on consulting projects.

- Vice President at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, overseeing P&L for multiple franchise locations, analyzing performance, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
