Dan Graham has over 35 years of experience in IT systems management, currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at Modern Ice since November 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing all IT systems and activities, successfully upgrading network systems with virtual servers, and deploying an online storefront integrated with the FACTS ERP system. With 25 years of expertise in FACTS from Infor Global Solutions, Dan has also implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 company-wide and managed the deployment of mobile devices for remote connectivity. Prior to Modern Ice, Dan held the position of Vice President at The Software House, Inc. from January 1985 to July 2005.
