Matt Davis serves as General Counsel at Modern Aviation since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP (April 2023 - September 2023) and Assistant General Counsel & Director at Barings (August 2021 - April 2023). At Winston & Strawn LLP, Davis worked as a Corporate Associate specializing in M&A and Private Equity from October 2014 to August 2021. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Clemson University. Additional experience includes a law clerk position with the Senate Judiciary Committee and service as an Infantryman, Scout, and Instructor in the United States Marine Corps. Earlier in life, Davis worked as an Ocean Lifeguard with John's Beach Service.
