Vadim Fomin has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 when they were an Intern at 2GIS. In 2018, they were a Teaching Assistant at Novosibirsk State University. In 2019, they were an NLP Engineer and Intern at Sberbank. In 2020, they were a Doctoral Student at Loria and a Research Intern at Higher School of Economics, Computational Pragmatics Lab. Currently, they are a Deep Learning Engineer at ModelFront.

Vadim Fomin has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Universite de Lorraine (2020-2022), a Master of Arts - MA from Higher School of Economics (2018-2020) in Computational Linguistics, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Novosibirsk State University (NSU) (2014-2018) in Fundamental and Applied Linguistics. Additionally, they have obtained an Introduction to Deep Learning certification from Coursera in December 2018.
