Sam Cuthbert is an experienced Commissioning Manager with a robust background in offshore oil and gas projects. Currently employed at MODEC, Inc. since September 2020, Sam has previously held similar roles at Premier Oil and PREMIER OIL UK LIMITED, focusing on safe systems of work, mechanical completion, and commissioning documentation. Sam's experience also includes positions at Technip, Prosafe, and SBM Offshore, where responsibilities ranged from project management and external interface coordination to the preparation and execution of commissioning processes. Earlier roles at Fred. Olsen Energy and Harland & Wolff involved direct management of construction and commissioning scopes, as well as supervision of shipbuilding activities. Sam holds an educational background from Belfast Metropolitan College, completed between 1991 and 1995.
