McAndriano Teh Ban Leong is a seasoned professional in Human Factors and Risk Management consultancy, currently serving as the Lead Risk Management and HFE Consultant at Vysus Group since November 2022. With a robust academic background from Stevens Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, McAndriano possesses extensive experience spanning over six years at ErgoWorks Sdn. Bhd., where roles included Senior HFE Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on HFE and ergonomics activities for oil and gas projects. Previous engineering experience includes positions as Project Engineer at Favelle Favco Cranes and Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, along with an industrial traineeship at Agilent Technology Sdn Bhd. McAndriano has developed strong technical skills in managing complex socio-technical projects across Malaysia and the neighboring region.
