Chauncey Taylor is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at MODEC, Inc. since November 2012, Chauncey has successfully upgraded Riverbed WAN optimization appliances and completed Smart Net renewals for Cisco equipment. Previous roles include IT Administrator at Bilfinger Tepsco Inc., where maintenance of Microsoft Exchange environments and backup systems was undertaken, and Help Desk Administrator at David Weekley Homes, providing support for over 1600 users. Chauncey also has experience in customer care and technical management from earlier positions at Reliant Energy and MCI WORLDCOM. Chauncey holds Bachelor's Degrees in Supply Chain Management and Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown.
