Charles Tetrault has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charles is currently the Director of Product Management at mode40 since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager at the same company, starting in February 2021.

Before joining mode40, Charles was a self-employed contractor working as a Finance and Technology Consultant since September 2019.

In 2018, Charles worked at HyLife as a Senior Manager of Integrated Planning, where they managed a team of planners and improved sales and operational forecasting metrics. Charles also built relationships within the company's integrated supply chain.

From 2015 to 2018, Charles worked at Hylife Foods LP as a Solutions Analyst, focusing on business process improvement and monitoring performance indicators. Charles identified opportunities for improvement and implemented best practices.

Prior to that, Charles worked at HyLife as an Accounting Manager from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they contributed to the company's strategic goals and conducted various analyses to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting systems.

Charles began their career in 2009 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Convergys, and later worked as an Accountant at Superblinds and Draperies from 2010 to 2012.

Charles Tetrault attended the University of Manitoba from 2002 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the University of Manitoba, completing it from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Charles Tetrault has obtained various certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from The Society of Management Accountants of Manitoba. In 2015, they passed Level II of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute.

Furthermore, Charles Tetrault has received several certifications related to Python and data science. In 2017, they completed the Coursera courses "Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data with Python," "Introduction to Data Science in Python," "Python for Everybody Specialization," and "Using Databases with Python." Additionally, in 2017, they obtained their Lean Green Belt Certification from EZSigma Group.
