Carolina Garcia is an experienced professional in the retail and fashion sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Buyer for Women’s Shoes at Moda Operandi, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, Carolina held the same position at Macy's from February 2021 to July 2022 and participated in an Executive Development Program. Carolina's leadership skills were demonstrated as President and Founder of the Fashion & Business Association at The George Washington University, where Carolina also served as VP of External Affairs for the GW Socially Responsible Investment Fund. Additional experience includes internships at Macy's, Zadig & Voltaire, and Tabitha Simmons Accessories. Carolina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business, earned in 2020.
