Dan Wagner is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and process engineering. As Director of Strategic Initiatives at MOD-PAC Folding Cartons & Stock Packaging since May 2008, Dan has led a team of 166 individuals across various departments, implementing Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing principles. Previous roles at MOD-PAC include Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Process Engineer, where Dan utilized Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Dan also completed an Engineering Internship at Harmac Medical Products, focusing on lean manufacturing and technical projects. Dan holds an Executive MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, as well as certification as a Lean Professional.
