Debbie Frederiksen, MS, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Debbie began their career in 1994 at Wellner Architects as a Business/Marketing Manager and later moved on to Gould Evans as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2001, they joined Populous as a Director of Marketing/Marketing Manager, and stayed with the company until 2010. From 2011 to 2012, Debbie worked as a Marketing Consultant at ZweigWhite, and then as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2012 to 2014. Debbie also served as a Counseling Intern/Interim Advocacy Services Manager at the Northwest Arkansas Rape Crisis Center from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Debbie joined the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) as a Therapist, and later progressed to roles such as Communications & Marketing Coordinator and finally Director of Communications. Debbie has been working with Tenfold Counseling Group, LLC as a Therapist since 2018, specializing in trauma and anxiety disorders. Additionally, they ran their own business as a Marketing Consultant from 2011 to the present. Debbie also worked as a Hotline Advocate at SAFEHOME for a period of time in 2015.
Debbie Frederiksen, MS, LPC completed their Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1992 and 1994. In 1989, they attended the University of Central Missouri, although it is unclear whether they attained a degree or studied a specific field during that time.
