Chikara Hibino currently serves as the Bilingual Youth Programs Coordinator at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) since April 2021, overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of Prevention Specialists, interns, and volunteers, while also developing collaborative relationships to enhance prevention outreach services. Previous roles include Bilingual Education and Outreach Specialist at MOCSA, Team Leader at City Year, and Corps Member at the same organization, where Chikara led literacy tutoring initiatives.
