Justyna Wolska is an HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles, focusing on building and implementing HR functions from the ground up. Previously, Justyna held key HR positions at Purinova and CORTEX Chemicals Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included establishing personnel policies, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employer branding. Justyna began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Lowcosttravelgroup, contributing to the company’s growth in Poland. Justyna has also provided HR consultancy services at Sedlak & Sedlak and worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions. Justyna holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Jagiellonian University, a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lisbon, and a postgraduate degree in HR Business Partner from WSB University.
