Talia Rucker is an experienced Project Manager at MOCA Systems, where responsibilities include representing the Owner's interests and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Previously, Talia served as a Project Coordinator for California State Capitol projects, handling administration and scheduling. Talia's career also includes roles at California State University-Sacramento as Chief of Staff and Acting Assistant Director of the University Library Gallery, as well as experience as a document controller and art gallery assistant. Talia founded IDF Language Services to provide language skills training and held internship positions at Northrop Grumman in business administration. Talia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Translation and Interpreting from New York University and multiple degrees in Art History from institutions in the United States and France.
