Jan Bellaert is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in service, retail, and public organizations, focusing on business transformation, performance and change management, operational strategy deployment, customer experience and channel strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Currently, Jan serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Belgian Customer Contact Association and as a Partner at Möbius Business Redesign, a position held since February 2002. Previous roles include Partner at The Reference, Head of Consulting at Soft Cell, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Jan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven.
