Ajit Mhetre began their work experience as a Trainee Testing Consultant at Sankalp Computer & Systems Pvt. Ltd. in April 2014 and worked in that role until May 2015. Ajit then became a Software Testing Engineer in June 2015 and continued in that role until April 2016. Ajit was promoted to the position of Senior Software Testing Engineer in April 2016 and held that role until March 2018. Ajit then took on the role of Test Lead from April 2018 until November 2020. In November 2020, Ajit joined Mobisoft Infotech - Digital Solution Experts as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Ajit Mhetre completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune from 2007 to 2010. In 2006, they completed their SSC from M.J.P.V.S. Additionally, Ajit Mhetre has obtained certifications in Performance Testing from 3RI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in September 2018 and in Manual Testing from Qspiders-Pune in February 2014.
