Caitlin Panhorst currently serves as the Home Access Manager at MobilityWorks since December 2021. Before this role, Caitlin held various property management positions, including Senior Property Manager and Property Manager at Dodson Property Management from March 2017 to June 2021, and Associate Community Director at Matrix Residential, a Pollack Shores Company, from October 2016 to March 2017. Caitlin's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Property Manager at BH Management Services, CoreRVA Properties, and Plus Management LLC, as well as roles as a Sr. Leasing Consultant and Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential between August 2007 and March 2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
