Cristina Barcan has experience as an Application Specialist - Engineering and L3 development engineer at Mobilexpense where Cristina resolves highly complex customer issues. Cristina also worked as a Service Delivery Consultant providing L2 support to key customers via Zendesk. Prior to this, Cristina worked as an Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst at SCC. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
