Saber Jilani has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Director for Customer Support for Roaming and NPS at Mobileum since December 2007, with previous roles including Associate Director and Regional Support Head for Europe and CIS. Responsibilities include managing support for European telecom operators, producing reporting documentation, ensuring service level management, and achieving high customer satisfaction. Prior to Mobileum, Saber Jilani worked as a VAS/GPRS administrator at Tunisiana, focusing on network element operation and maintenance. Saber Jilani holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from ENSI, as well as additional education from IPEIT and Lycée Pilote de Sousse.
