Jakob Østergaard Jensen is a seasoned professional in product ownership and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at MobilePay since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jakob worked at MobilePay by Danske Bank from June 2014 to November 2021 as Chief Business Analyst. Earlier career experiences include positions at Danske Bank from January 2007 to June 2014 as a Business Developer and Business Developer - eBanking, and an intern role at Center for IT-Anvendelse in 2005. Jakob also contributed as a Consultant at Grønlands IT-center in early 2001 and held the position of Day-to-day Head at Nuuk NetCafé from August 2000 to January 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Science/Human Centered Informatics from Aalborg University (2001-2006) and a Student degree in modern linguistics from Århus Statsgymnasium (1996-1998).
