Francesca B. Flohs is an experienced payroll professional with a significant background in payroll management and operations. Currently serving as the Payroll Manager at MobileOne LLC since February 2020, Francesca previously held the position of Senior Payroll Specialist at Innovative Employee Solutions, where responsibilities included managing payroll specialists and ensuring accurate multi-state payroll processing. Prior experience also includes serving as Payroll Manager at A&K Tax Service, where Francesca oversaw general ledgers and payroll tax forms. Additional roles have included expertise in organizational governance as a Board Member for the UC Riverside Recreation Governing Board and experience in marketing and research as a Membership Marketing Intern at The American Association of Suicidology.
