Mohamed Rashad is a seasoned telecom professional with extensive experience in network planning, optimization, and technical leadership within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Mobile Systems International (MSI) and Radio Design Expert at Virgin Media O2 since August 2020, Mohamed leads teams in end-to-end optimization and consultancy services across multiple technologies. Previous roles include significant positions at Nokia, Alfa Telecommunications, and Orange, where Mohamed contributed to LTE and 5G projects, including network launches, feature validations, and optimization efforts.
