Lara Hood Balazs currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Frontdoor, Inc. since October 2023 and is a member of the CMO Advisory Board at Ridge Ventures since 2018. Balazs has held significant roles at Intuit from November 2018 to September 2024 as Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Strategic Partner Group, and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing P&L and the growth of the ProTax business. Previous positions include Chief Marketing Officer at Amazon for 2017-2018, and various leadership roles at Visa from 2006 to 2017, Nike from 2002 to 2004, and Gap Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Balazs began a career in marketing at General Mills and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Pre-Law from the University of Washington.
