Lori S. has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Lori started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at USM Field Resources in 1993 and later became a District Manager at CorVel Corporation in 1999. At CorVel Corporation, Lori was responsible for sales, operations, and account retention. Lori then transitioned to Anthem, Inc. in 2006, where they served as the Director of National Specialty Accounts. In this role, they provided leadership, direction, and strategic guidance to a team of account managers. In 2011, Lori joined HealthPlan Services as the Vice President Account Executive, leading operational and IT initiatives, managing a block of business, and overseeing a team of account managers. Their next role was as the Administrator/Owner at Home Instead in 2017, where they provided in-home senior care services. Most recently, Lori was the Director of Client Support at Mobile Health Consumer, Inc., where they worked towards simplifying the healthcare system for users and lowering costs for employers.

Lori S. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration in the period from 1993 to 1999.
