Jeremy Koch is a seasoned training and development consultant currently leading the design and implementation of training programs at The Mobile Generation - Total Wireless since August 2023. With extensive experience at Mobile Generation - Verizon Premium Retailer from May 2010, Jeremy has served as a senior sales trainer, enhancing employee production through comprehensive training workshops, and as a district sales manager focusing on growth and KPI optimizations. Previous roles include corporate sales trainer at Tower Wireless LTD., multi-store manager, and admissions representative at Kaplan University. Jeremy holds a certificate in Business Applied Technology from Newaygo County Career-Tech Center and a high school diploma from White Cloud High School.
