Angel Grodecka is a seasoned Senior Product and Interaction Designer at Flink, specializing in high-quality visual and interaction design solutions for various products. With a robust background in product design, Angel has held roles as a Product Design Consultant at Equal Experts and co-organizer of the Berlin Product Designers Meetup, as well as co-founder and UX strategist at Juicy UX. Previous experience includes leading design processes at SKOOT and Founder and Lightning, where responsibilities encompassed user testing, mentoring design teams, and defining product goals. Angel’s earlier career includes positions as a UX/UI Designer at MotionCube, Product Designer at Smartfloor, and Game Designer & Illustrator at LavaVision. An adjunct professor at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Jana Matejki in Krakow, Angel also possesses a Master's degree from the same institution and has completed a UX Strategy program at The Fountain Institute.
