Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Aspire Partners USA, Ernestine also works as a Visionary Leadership Coach at Social Work Without Walls and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at 7 Figures Funding. Previously, Ernestine held roles including Program Manager at the City of Camden and Director of Program Operations at The Butterfly Program, Inc.
