Sylwia Malicka is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Mobica since April 2019, Sylwia has also held positions as HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist. Prior to Mobica, Sylwia worked at Adecco Poland from September 2011 to March 2019, where roles included Senior HR Administration Specialist and Recruitment Project Coordinator. Sylwia began a career in HR at CBPU Cecomm as a Contract Manager Assistant in 2011. Sylwia has advanced education with postgraduate studies in HR Manager Academy from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Bydgoszcz and a degree from Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego.
