Mike Sutcliff has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike is currently the Co-Founder & CEO at Mobeus since February 2021. Before Mobeus, they served as the Co-Founder / Executive Chairman of HeadVantage Corporation from April 2021. Prior to that, Mike worked as an Operating Partner at Advent International starting in October 2020. Mike also held positions in Encora Inc., where they served as a Member and Chairman of the Board from June 2020 to May 2023. In addition, Mike was a Director on the Board of Directors at Collabera Inc., Ascendion, and Williams Lee Group Limited, starting from June 2021, July 2022, and February 2021, respectively. Mike co-founded Cherish Health in March 2020. Mike spent a significant part of their career at Accenture, serving as the Group CEO of Accenture Digital from August 1987 to March 2020.

Mike Sutcliff holds a Master of Science degree in Management, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance, from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Mike pursued their master's education from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Computer Engineering. Mike completed their undergraduate studies from 1981 to 1985.

In addition to their formal education, Mike Sutcliff has obtained certifications relevant to their career. In 2021, they achieved a certification in Continuous Product Design Foundations from Continuous Product Design Certified. In 2020, they became a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) through the Digital Directors Network.
