Aleksander Mittsel has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Aleksander started as a Front-end Engineer and Software Test Engineer for GRCC PRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. In 2017, they joined BI.ZONE as a Lead Front-end Developer, where they were responsible for leading development, mentoring other developers, rewriting the app from scratch on a new tech stack, interviewing frontend developers, sprint planning, and tasks estimating. Aleksander was then promoted to Senior Front-end Developer, where they implemented base components, advanced components, created a design system, and supported two kinds of extendable themes. In 2021, they joined Mobalytics as a Senior Front-end Engineer.

Aleksander Mittsel received a Specialist Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 2009 and 2014.
