Mary Lou Hidalgo is an accomplished writer and messaging strategist with extensive freelance experience since 1998. Currently serving as a writer and producer at Mall of America, Mary Lou also contributes as a freelance copywriter for the Star Tribune and Target. A diverse skill set includes roles in copywriting, concepting, and strategy for various companies, including KNOCK and Universal Screen Arts. Previous positions include Creative Director at CaringBridge and a long tenure with Wireless Catalog. Mary Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Economics, and Women’s Studies from Macalester College.
