Alaina Hanson-Geier has over eight years of experience in human resources and team management, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Mall of America since May 2017. Alaina has held various roles within the organization, including HR Business Partner and HR Retention Specialist, focusing on creating a supportive environment for team members to enhance guest service and company performance. Prior to this, Alaina worked as an Attractions Supervisor at Mall of America and as a Rides Team Lead at The Body Shop. Alaina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 2011 and 2014.
