Bronisława Szarzyńska has worked in a variety of roles in the biotechnology field. In 2012, they began their PhD studies at the Institute of Human Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2017, they completed an internship at Ghent University. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Polish Stem Cells Bank (PBKM)/ FamiCord Group, first as a Senior Research and Development Specialist and Group Leader, and then as a Research and Development Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for the development of viral vector and plasmid DNA manufacturing technology and QC testing, as well as protein analysis by ELISA. Bronisława also supervised a group of genetic engineers. In 2019, they also held a Visiting Scholar position at the University of New Mexico. In 2022, they began working as a Research and Development Laboratory Manager at MNM Bioscience.
