Rini Puspa Sari is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Corporate Legal Manager at PT MNC LAND Tbk since April 2014. In this role, Rini oversees the legal aspects of company operations, contracts, and transactions, while providing strategic advice to management and the board of directors. Rini also ensures compliance by monitoring and maintaining the company’s and its subsidiaries’ NIB on OSS. Prior experience includes positions as Corporate Legal Assistant Manager, Corporate Legal Senior Supervisor, and Corporate Legal Supervisor at PT MNC LAND Tbk, along with an associate role at Setiarto & Pangestu Law Firm and MRP Law Office. Rini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
