Shwetha Narayanamoorthy is a professional with extensive experience in sensory research and product analysis. Currently serving as a Panel Leader Level II at MMR Research since October 2021, Shwetha specializes in curating sensory assessment protocols for various product categories, conducting statistical analysis, and managing client communications and presentations. Prior to this role, Shwetha was a Trainee Panel Leader responsible for screening and training panel members and a Project Research Associate at Advy Chemicals, where involvement in the Biotech Industrial Training Program focused on antigen research. Additional experience includes a Project Trainee position at BARC, where efforts were concentrated on the development of antibacterial agents from phytochemicals. Shwetha holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Engineering from SJTU, Shanghai, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from D.Y. Patil University.
