Sam Hammond has extensive experience in sensory and qualitative research, currently serving as a Sensory Qualitative Research Manager at MMR Research since April 2016. In this role, Sam has managed up to 28 panelists for descriptive analysis panels and has overseen client projects involving a variety of consumer health pharmaceutical products. Prior experience includes teaching science at the Rutgers Science Explorer Bus, interning in R&D at Flavor Dynamics, working as a Sensory Intern at Nestle PTC, and developing products at Truitt Bros. Sam holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University.
